  • Flanges according to DIN PN10/16 resp. ANSI 150lbs
  • F/F according to EN 558-1 range 1/3 resp. ASME B16.10
  • Bodies Stainless steel casting CF-8M (1.4408)
  • Linings PFA, PFA-AS (conductive)
  • Sealing cone/valve seat: FFPM (Perfluor)/PTFE-T


For taking out a sample, handwheel is pulled out of coupling and subsequently operated counter-clockwise. Thus, the sealing unit is pulled out of the conical seat. The representative sample flows throught the generated annular gap into the lab bottle.

Trapped air or gasses inside the bottle escape through the vent connection.

  • Bodies with heating jacket, grooved flanges, PN40, ANSI 300lbs, clamp or with buttwelding ends
  • Bottle support, adjustable
  • Vertical adapter, sealing plug, activ. carbon filter
  • Needle adapter for lab botle with septum

  • Safety cabinet SS304 with inspection windows

Operating Conditions:

  • Pressure up to 16 bar (232 psi)
  • Temperature -20C (-4F) up to +160C (+320F)
